Biskuit : 4 Eier, 150g Zucker, 30g Maisstärke, Prise Salz, 170g Mehl, 20g Backkakao, 2 TL Backpulver, 100 ml Milch, 60 ml Sonnenblumenöl
Beerencreme: 500g gefrorene Beeren, 60g Maisstärke, 100 ml Wasser, 70g Zucker
Schokocreme: 300g dunkle Schokolade + 250 ml Schlagoberes , 350 ml Schlagoberes
Dekoration : dunkle Schokolade , Schokoladeneier
Sponge cake : 4 eggs, 150g sugar, 30g cornstarch, pinch of salt, 170g flour, 20g baking cocoa, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 100ml milk, 60ml sunflower oil
Berry cream: 500g frozen berries, 60g cornstarch, 100ml water, 70g sugar
Chocolate cream: 300g dark chocolate + 250 ml whipped cream, 350 ml whipped cream
Decoration : dark chocolate , chocolate eggs
