Creme: 500ml Schlagoberes, 500g Topfen (20%), 100g Zucker, Vanillearoma, 16g Sahnesteif
450g – 500g gefrorene Windbeutel
2 Packungen Tortengelee , 2 EL Zucker, 500ml kaltes Wasser, 400g – 500g gefrorene Himbeeren
Sponge cake: 4 eggs, pinch of salt, 30g cornstarch, 150g sugar, 50g sunflower oil, 100ml milk, 2 teaspoons baking powder, Vaille aroma, 190g flour
Cream: 500ml whipping cream, 500g curd cheese (20%), 100g sugar, vanilla flavor, 16g cream stiffener
450g – 500g frozen cream puffs
