Belag: 200g Marzipan, 100g Schlagobers, 100g Zucker, 120g Butter, 100g gemahlene Mandeln, 100g gehackte Mandeln, 200g Haselnüsse, Vanillearoma, 5 . 6 Tropfen Bitter – Mandelaroma

Schokolade oder Schokoladen Glasur

Dough: 300g flour, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 180g cold butter, 1 egg, 70g powdered sugar, vanilla flavor, 20g sour cream

Topping: 200g marzipan, 100g whipped cream, 100g sugar, 120g butter, 100g ground almonds, 100g chopped almonds, 200g hazelnuts, vanilla flavor, 5 – 6 drops of bitter – almond flavor
