Rhabarber - Streuselkuchen mit Vanillecreme / Rhubarb crumble cake with vanilla cream

Teig: 500g Mehl, 2 TL Backpulver, 200g Staubzucker, Vanillearoma, 1 Ei, 80g Sauerrahm, 200g Butter, 1/2 TL Salz,

Vanillecreme: 700 ml Milch, 80g Zucker, 70g Maisstärke, Vanillearoma, 2 Eigelbe

600g – 700g Rhabarber , 40g Zucker

Dough: 500g flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 200g icing sugar, vanilla flavor, 1 egg, 80g sour cream, 200g butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt,

Vanilla cream: 700 ml milk, 80g sugar, 70g corn starch, vanilla flavor, 2 egg yolks

600g – 700g rhubarb, 40g sugar

Testo: 500g brašna, 2 kašičice praška za pecivo, 200g šećera u prahu, aroma vanile, 1 jaje, 80g pavlake, 200g putera, 1/2 kašičice soli,

Krema od vanile: 700 ml mleka, 80 g šećera, 70 g kukuruznog skroba, aroma vanile, 2 žumanca

600g – 700g rabarbare, 40g šećera

Hamur: 500 gr un, 2 çay kaşığı kabartma tozu, 200 gr pudra şekeri, vanilya aroması, 1 yumurta, 80 gr ekşi krema, 200 gr tereyağı, 1/2 çay kaşığı tuz,

Vanilyalı krema: 700 ml süt, 80 gr şeker, 70 gr mısır nişastası, vanilya aroması, 2 yumurta sarısı

600 gr – 700 gr ravent, 40 gr şeker
