The vanilla panna cotta / pudding with strawberry sauce
1 tbsp gelatine powder (9g)
3 tbsp cold water (45ml)
Bloom gelatine for 5 minutes
200ml milk
300ml heavy cream
50g sugar (4 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla paste (or vanilla extract)
Strawberry sauce
50g strawberries
3 tbsp sugar (40g)
1 tbsp lemon juice
